Dailies: privacy

Dailies is Quad-J, Inc.’s private app for its own employees’ daily construction reports. Only people with a Quad-J Google Workspace account can sign in to it.

What it collects. Your name and Quad-J email address, to sign you in. What you put in a daily report: the crew and their hours, the subcontractors and equipment on site, the work done, deliveries, notes, and the pictures you take or choose for the report.

How it is used. To file the daily report in Quad-J’s records for the job, and to email it to the job’s people: Quad-J’s office and the job’s customer contacts (the customer’s project manager and resident engineer). Nothing is used for advertising.

Where it is kept. On Quad-J’s own systems in Google Cloud and Google Drive, sent there encrypted. It is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone outside the job’s work.

How long. As long as Quad-J keeps the job’s records under its contracts.
