 Dear Valued Customers,

 When our company received notification, in late March, that our largest federal customer was closing down all of its federal facilities in response to COVID-19, I had no idea the impact it would have on our employees, business operations and in our daily lives.

We are now well into this global crisis and I wanted to take a moment to convey how grateful Quad-J, Inc. is to be doing business with our customers.   Our partnership the past 49 years has taught us that by collaborating, anything is possible! 

During the coming phases of this pandemic, please rest assured that we are committed to training our employees on COVID-19, equipping our employees with the right protective gear, and safety protocols in the work environment as we take care of our customers.  Yes, we are charting unknown territory with information changing daily, but we will remain vigilant and take swift action so together we can successfully protect our employees, businesses, and communities.

I will continue to have Quad-J engaged with CDC guidelines and follow the latest health and safety recommendations and policies enacted by local, state and federal governments. In this way, I hope to be better prepared on how to meet the demands of our customers and protect the safety of our “people” in an ever-changing environment.  

That said, Quad-J remains ready to support you during this COVID-19 pandemic. We recognize the importance of having safety at the forefront, especially in times like these.  I sincerely hope that Quad-J may continue to provide quality services for decades to come. 

This crisis reinforces how by working together we can be successful.  I want to personally thank you for the trust you put in us each day.
